Invoicing Triage Specialist you will:
We are seeking candidates to join our growing Invoicing Request department based in our Austin office. This opportunity will open the doors to a career with one of the leading global insurance brokerage and risk management firms during an exciting time of expansion and transformation.
Responsibilities - Analyze carrier and internal insurance documentation to pull specific data points to ensure proper request routing and accurate data in our workflow platform
- Work directly with our client support team to use proprietary billing systems to ensure timely and accurate invoice requests on an ad-hoc basis
- Meet individual productivity, accuracy and timeliness metrics
- Collaborate on process improvement strategies as well as participate in meetings and engagement activities
- Remain current by understanding and following all compliance, professional and transparency standards
Skills:- Attention to detail is critical to ensure we’re providing accurate information to invoice our clients
- Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency: you will use Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook - knowledge of basic Excel formulas, pivot tables, and Outlook organization is beneficial
Qualifications- One to three years’ experience in a professional service environment
- Bachelor’s Degree
