Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager plays a key role in driving business, developing and executing multi-channel product marketing campaigns to support the growth of our business, while also achieving annual revenue and profitability targets. As a member of our dynamic marketing team, you'll manage the strategy and tactical execution of digital marketing campaigns, product launches, and trade shows in collaboration with the Director of Marketing and our global sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to and manage execution of MarCom plans
- Develop, lead, and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, websites, and other digital platforms
- Work with product development teams to translate technical content into value-driven marketing content and high-impact product launches
- Create engaging, unique, and thought-provoking content including white papers, case studies, sales tools, videos, trainings, datasheets, and more
- Collaborate with graphic designer, product managers, engineering, and outside agencies to deliver high-impact content that resonates with target audiences
- Manage list development, CRM, and leads mining for lead nurturing campaigns
- Support sales with sales collateral, presentations, price lists, product information, and distributor communications
- Develop relationships with distributors and support partnership marketing initiatives
- Manage and coordinate aggressive regional, national, and global trade show schedule
- Work with PR agencies to develop articles, press releases, and media opportunities
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to improve ROI
- Conduct market research and develop competitor brand profiles
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in B2B Marketing in a Managerial role
- Practical skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Experience with a CRM and Marketing Automation

- Ability to organize, prioritize, and approach tasks with a sense of urgency and attention to detail, while being agile enough to pivot as needs change or priorities shift
- Analytical skills and expertise in leveraging data to facilitate informed decision-making
