Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Change Implementation Analyst Title: Change Implementation Analyst
Job Type: Fulltime/Contract on W2 Duration: 12+ month Locations: Chandler, AZ – In-office 3 days a week, remote 2 days a week. As a Change Implementation Analyst, you will- - Work with external customers to prepare project scope/plan statement of work and project milestones to deliver a quality implementation experience
- Work with product vendor and third parties to ensure customer setup is accurate and timely.
- Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunity for process improvements within Change Implementation.
- Review and analyze basic or tactical Change Implementation assignments or challenges that require research evaluation and selection of alternatives related to low-to-medium risk deliverables.
- Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of function policies procedures and compliance requirements.
- Provide information to client personnel in Change Implementation.
The ideal candidate will have:- 2 years of project management/implementation experience in the financial services industry
- Strong project management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently that are in various stages with various priorities
- Electronic payments experience specifically with ACH and card payments
- Treasury product solutions experience
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience
- Strong organizational multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
- Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
