What you'll do: Leadership- Directly or indirectly lead teams of associates at a variety of levels, depending on position, in setting and maintaining sales, customer service and/or visual merchandising goals and standards for all associates.

Job Knowledge- Establish priorities and set direction for associates in conjunction with other store leaders.

Minimum Starting Rate: $20.00 Hourly
Up to: $26.00 Hourly
Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
