Facilities Technician you will:
- Facility Technician A works to achieve operational targets within the job area, which has minimal impact on the overall achievement of results for the team.
- Work is of limited scope, typically on smaller, routine task-related activities.
- Entry-level support individual contributors.
- Work is closely supervised.
- Work consists of tasks that are routine renovations/remodels.
Technical/Functional skills:- Work consists of tasks that are routine.
- Work is structured within identified boundaries and procedures.
- Follows established processes to complete tasks.
- Escalates issues to the supervisor for resolution.
- Works to achieve operational targets within the job area which has a minimal impact on the overall achievement of results for the team.
- Work is of limited scope, typically on smaller, routine task-related activities.
- Perform on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair and calibration.
- Handle basic, non-complex products and/or problems, referring more complex problems to higher-level technicians.
- Uses experience and technical skills with preventative maintenance and system operations to determine service requirements.
- Advise manager of preventative maintenance inspections performed and corrective actions to be taken.
- Works in a team-based environment to share information and workload while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Work in a safe manner daily and ensure that all safety measures are always taken.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Flexibility to work overtime, on-call and at weekends, as required.
The ideal candidate will have:- High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
- Work in a safe manner daily and ensure that all safety measures are taken at all times.
- Handle basic, non-complex products and/or problems, referring more complex problems to higher-level technicians.
- About 4 years’ experience and technical skills with preventative maintenance and system, operations to determine service requirements

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:Pay Range*: $23-$25 per hour.*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
