Position Title: Zscaler Sr. Program Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our team in support of a
new contract at the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). This position
will be performed remotely with the occasional need for an onsite
meeting in the Washington D.C. area.
The Lead Program Manager is responsible for managing resources,
schedules, financials and adhering to quality and control guidelines
throughout the full systems development life cycle. This also includes
management of issues, risks, and project change requests to ensure
successful and on-time project delivery.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide ZSCALER program management
- Work with Senior Executives (corporate and government) to foster
open communication and ensure customer and company success
- Mentor and coach staff, resolve conflicts and ensure our customers
are completely satisfied
- Manage Project Team Leads to achieve project objectives
- Cultivate the relationship with the COR(s) and government team leads
with the goal of ensuring program related objectives are
successfully met
- Manage project budgets to ensure projects achieve projected revenue,
cost, and profit targets
- Employ project management best practices and methodologies
- Develop and maintain an effective quality control program to ensure
services are performed in accordance with the performance work
statement
- Ensure project deliverables reflect the work performed and results
are accurately documented as it relates to the company objectives
and contracted deliverables
- Participate in internal planning and reporting processes
- Work with Project Team Leads to develop objective performance
measurements across all program areas, to ensure consistent,
high-quality evaluation, and goal setting for employees
- Assist with preparing proposal content, writing, and coordinating
proposal efforts throughout the solicitation life cycle
- Establish and manage project methodology incorporating structures,
standards, processes, documentation, and reporting which supports
the needs of the projects and emphasizes risk management and timely
project delivery
- Ensure project management standards are followed by performing
regular project assessments
- Gather project data for regular project assessments and monthly
program reviews
- Participate in special projects as required by contributing and
managing internal organization initiatives
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelors degree or prior, relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Current PMP or PMI certification

- Microsoft 365 knowledge and experience
- Platform and data migration knowledge and experience
