About the role
We are looking for a Business Transformation Manager to lead main transformation initiatives and provide ongoing support to our Business Transformation and Operations (BTO) team. Reporting to our Director of Business Transformation, you will be a strategic partner across the BTO organization, promoting clear communication and smooth project execution across multiple business initiatives. You bring strong leadership skills, a commitment to operational excellence, and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- You will act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- You will oversee the execution of main business initiatives, like A La Carte Channels, ensuring they’re completed on time and within budget.
- You will develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of initiatives.
- You will prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for leadership meetings.
- You will manage special projects to align with organizational goals.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (PODs) to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- You will guide change management and remove roadblocks for interdependent teams.
- You will communicate both detailed and high-level progress to all stakeholders.
- You will ideate and execute on short-term plans while always considering sustainable, long-term strategies.

About You

- 5+ years of experience in project management, business transformation, or a related field.
- You have experience in the media or entertainment industries.
- You have knowledge of digital supply chains, media asset types, and content production/distribution processes.
- You bring strong communication skills with a global mindset and can connect across cultures.
- You have a proven track record supporting senior leaders and a solid understanding of business operations.
- You’re skilled at communicating project updates regularly and clearly to broad audiences.
- You can simplify complex situations and outline clear next steps.
- You’re proficient in data management and project tools (Asana, Airtable, Lucidchart, Excel, Google Workspace).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related area.
Preferred Qualifications
- You have a passion or curiosity for anime.
- You have a Project Management Certification (PMP, CAPM, or similar).
