Salary and Benefits
- Competitive pay range of $110,000 - $130,000+
- Relocation Assistance Available (if applicable)

Responsibilities
- 4 Day Work Week
- Outpatient care in Leominster, MA
- No weekends or nights required
- On-Call By Phone Only

- Practice autonomy
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of PA experience required
- Primary Care Experience Required
- Compassionate care approach
- Clear and active license in the State of Massachusetts
- Physician Assistant (PA-C) certification
