Our client, a leading financial advisory firm and one of the oldest independent investment banks, is seeking a Temp to Perm Administrative Assistant to support a Partner and team within their Tech and Healthcare division. Hours are 9am-5:30pm and they are currently in office four days a week with one day work from home. This team handles the majority of the business and investments for the firm, so it is an exciting and fast-paced group to support! This role is perfect for someone with a sense of urgency who is great at thinking five steps ahead and likes connecting the dots on various details throughout the day. It's a fantastic company with excellent longevity among their staff.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to a Partner and several team members (~4-6)
- Perform heavy calendar management and schedule/coordinate meetings
- Reconcile and process expense reports in a timely manner
- Coordinate frequent travel for team members, including arranging reservations and ground transportation
- Liaise with clients and other contacts on a daily basis
- Additional ad hoc EA tasks as necessary
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as an assistant in a professional services environment
- Financial services experience required
- High attention to detail and positive energy
- Capable of forward thinking and priority management; can close the loop
- Adept at working in a high pressure, fast paced environment
Compensation/Benefits:
- Temp rate paid in line with $90K - $110K base depending on experience + bonus
- 3 weeks' vacation and 2 personal days
