Schedule needed for Assignment :
January start, full time through December 2025
Shift Times/Schedule: Monday-Friday (can flex from to 0900 to 1800) If not, is in the middle and might be best.
Job Requirements:
Board Certified or Board Eligible
State License highly preferred, will accept someone with IMLC LOQ in hand, please submit in documents
Psych Residency required
DEA required during credentialing
Malpractice clean file preferred
Availability at time of name clear required
Local candidates only

Duties: Consultative service
Required Procedures: None
EMR: Cerner
Support Staff: Behavioral Health Social Worker
Reason for Coverage: 2.0 FTE departure.
Patients/day: 2-8
Types of cases: Involuntary psychiatric care for mood disorders, psychotic disorders, substance use, agitation management for delirium and dementia, capacity evaluation, safety evaluation for patients with suicidal ideation, evaluation of depression/demoralization or psychological symptoms affecting medical care.
