Responsibilities:
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE & SPEAK SPANISH
- Must have experience with ppo and public aid
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Manage and supervise clinic staff, including front desk's, dental assistants and administrative personnel
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high-quality patient care
- Monitor and evaluate clinic performance to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure timely and accurate patient care
- Manage financial aspects of the clinic, including budgeting, billing, and revenue cycle management
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality of patient information
- Collaborate with other departments within the hospital to optimize patient care
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems, such as eClinicalWorks or Dentrix
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures in various specialties
- Experience working in a hospital or critical care setting is preferred
- Previous experience managing a team of healthcare professionals is highly desirable
