Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Trust and Probate Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trust and estate law, excellent litigation skills, and a passion for advocating for clients in complex legal matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in trust and probate litigation cases, including will contests, trust disputes, and fiduciary misconduct claims.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Negotiate settlements and manage discovery processes.
- Prepare and present cases in court.
- Maintain communication with clients to keep them informed about case progress and developments.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to provide comprehensive legal services.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active California State Bar license.
- Minimum of 3-14 years of experience in trust and probate litigation.
- Strong understanding of California probate law and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle complex litigation cases and work independently.
- Strong negotiation and client management skills.
- A commitment to ethical practice and client advocacy.
