Seeking an experienced real estate associate to join our nationally-recognized real estate practice group. The ideal candidate will have experience drafting and negotiating real estate purchase agreements, leases and closing documents, and performing due diligence in real estate transactions.
This is a full-service law firm that maintains a culture of teamwork, trust, collaboration, open communication, and knowledge sharing. Candidates interested in this role will have tremendous opportunities to work with the firm's corporate, litigation, and probate attorneys on issues involving real estate matters including interaction directly with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts.
Qualifications
Candidates should have at least 5 years of real estate experience and be licensed (or willing and able to become licensed) and in good standing to practice law in the state of Pennsylvania. A transferable book of business of at least 250K is required.
