Job Title: Construction Attorney
I am working with a premier law firm in Texas are seeking a Construction Attorney to join their Dallas team. This firm has a distinguished reputation in construction law. Responsibilities of the Construction Attorney:
- Manage a diverse caseload of construction litigation matters, including contract disputes, construction defects, mechanic's liens, and other construction-related issues.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, trials, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
- Collaborate effectively with partners, associates, and support staff to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients on construction law matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements and Qualifications of the Construction Attorney:
- Licensed to practice law in TX
- 2-10 years of experience preferred in construction litigation at a reputable law firm.
- Board certified is preferred.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Attorneys with a book of business are encouraged to apply.
