Responsibilities
We are looking for a dedicated Family Law Attorney to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work directly with clients on a variety of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, child support, property division, domestic violence restraining orders and more. You will play a crucial role in advocating for our clients in and out of court while helping them navigate complex legal and emotional issues.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide legal representation to clients in family law cases.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, motions and agreements.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, private mediations and negotiations.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure excellent client service.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of family law in California.
Qualifications
- Must possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
- An active membership in the California State Bar.
- 4-10 years of relevant family law experience required.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
- Unwavering commitment to practicing law ethically.
