Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive estate planning services, including drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
- Develop and implement wealth transfer strategies to maximize asset preservation and minimize tax liabilities.
- Advise clients on business succession planning, charitable giving, and retirement benefit planning.
- Handle complex estate and gift tax controversies and trust administration matters.
- Participate in the development of tax and wealth transfer policies through court rulings and legislative initiatives.
- Engage in client relationship management, ensuring exceptional service and responsiveness to client needs.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice in CA.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in trust and estates law, with a focus on high-net-worth clients.
- Strong knowledge of estate planning, tax law, and wealth transfer strategies.
- Excellent analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex cases and provide strategic legal advice.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
