Marketing Manager needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's entertainment client located in New York City.

Pay Rate: $37 per hour (Max)
Start Date: Estimated January 6
Candidate will have training with the current marketing manager
Position OverviewProviding typical tour marketing services for the company including, without limitation:- Liaise between Managers, Tour Managers, and various Music departments (Marketing, Digital Media, Publicity, Video and Radio Promotion, Commerce, and International Marketing) to identify and organize promotional opportunities for assigned artists.
- Create, maintain and distribute accurate daily itineraries for assigned artists which include travel details and all elements for promotional/live events.
- Work closely with Finance and Marketing to create or obtain budgets for all tours and promotional events for assigned artists and ensure that budgets adhere to policy/caps.
- Manage, and when necessary, book artist travel for promotional events, including flights, trains, cars, and hotels.
- Attend live events, showcases and festivals and ensure that all issues related to executive/staff entry, venue/artist credentials, VIP section, tickets/admittance and parking are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
- Small portion of the job will be working with attending events, local travel.
- January and February approx. 4-5 events.
- Manage and process invoices for costs associated with touring and promotional events in line with approved budgets (tickets, transportation, backline/PA rental, security, staging, etc.) in a timely and efficient manner.
- Review backup/invoices submitted by artist business management to ensure costs are within budget and compliant with company caps.
Desired / Qualifications- 4+ years of management.
- Experience in the Entertainment industry, preferably music.
- Experience with Concur.
