About the Role:
Are you a natural leader with a passion for team success? As a Team Lead, you'll play a vital role in overseeing and guiding a team of Support Associates. You'll serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME), liaise with government management, and ensure top-tier performance while driving organizational goals forward.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree + 3 years of relevant experience, OR
- 6 years of experience managing teams in a professional office setting.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook.
- Leadership Excellence: Progressive experience supervising teams of 10+ FTEs in professional environments.
- Supervisory Development: Completion (or commitment to complete) an entry-level supervisory course within 6 months.

- Strong organizational skills with a knack for prioritizing workloads effectively.
- Expertise in regulatory analysis and application of internal controls.

Your Responsibilities:
- Lead & Manage: Assign, delegate, and prioritize workflows to ensure team success.
- Monitor & Report: Provide operational feedback, status updates, and performance reviews.
- Problem Solve: Use sound judgment to identify issues, evaluate alternatives, and recommend solutions.
- Train & Inspire: Mentor team members to ensure continuous improvement in processes and performance.
- Collaborate with Government Officials: Share insights and make recommendations for workload distribution, process enhancements, and training protocols.
- Adapt & Deliver: Adjust to shifting priorities while meeting daily and weekly deliverables.
