Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development (L&D).
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Enable Now, and deploying training curricula via Workday LMS and SharePoint.
- Expertise in learning authoring tools, including but not limited to Enable Now, Articulate 360, Microsoft Word, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and Snagit.
- Strong skills in documentation tools like Word and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, LucidSuite).
- Knowledge and application of the ADDIE instructional design framework.

Overview:
The Corporate Function Program Management Office (CFPMO) is looking for an experienced Change Management Learning Consultant to support the Financial Accounting Systems Transformation (FAST) program. This multi-year initiative involves replacing our existing SAP R3 platform with SAP S/4HANA, streamlining financial reporting through enhanced data analytics. The Learning Consultant will lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive learning plan, ensuring all stakeholders are equipped with the knowledge and skills to adapt to this transformative change. You will collaborate with project managers, workstream leads, and business stakeholders to create engaging, effective learning experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the training needs analysis, design, delivery, and evaluation of the curriculum for the SAP S/4HANA platform implementation.
- Ensure stakeholders are prepared for new ways of working in alignment with project outcomes.
- Integrate the SAP Enable Now digital adoption platform into the learning plan.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and subject matter experts to deliver effective employee development programs.
- Recommend and develop training programs as part of the overall change management strategy, incorporating instructional design best practices.
- Apply expertise to manage the most complex learning projects and support the full training lifecycle.
- Draft, edit, and modify training resources such as facilitator guides, user manuals, quick reference guides, infographics, e-learning modules, and more.
- Utilize platforms like Workday Learning Management System and SharePoint to manage and deploy training materials.
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure successful adoption, utilization, and proficiency of the new systems.
