Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience practicing labor and employment (employer side)
- Wage and hour, discrimination, harrassment, wrongful termination, PAGA claims, class actions, advice and counseling experience
- Experience defending school districts in employment claims and trial experience
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Licensed to practice in CA
- Resume, transcripts and a 10-page writing sample required
