Summary:
This position is located in the Department of State's (DoS), Bureau of Diplomatic Security (DS), Directorate of Security Infrastructure (SI). In this position, you will serve as a Management Analyst with the responsibility for accurately analyzing, capturing, documenting, and reporting all Personnel Security Specialist data to the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI).

This is a non-status, non-permanent Personal Service Contract (PSC) position. PSC’s do not acquire a competitive or excepted service status from this position. Contract is 1 year; renewable up to 4 years.

Qualifications:
Applicants must meet all the qualification requirements described below by the closing date of this announcement.
Applicants must have 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in the Federal service which provided the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the duties of the position.
Qualifying specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
- Experience evaluating and producing reports of assigned programs in terms of mission accomplishment, quality and quantity standards, and technical proficiency.
- Experience designing and conducting studies employing complex statistical analysis techniques.
- Experience analyzing and evaluating business processes and procedures for data analysis and process improvement purposes.
- Experience presenting complex information to management in a clear, concise manner.
There is no substitute of education for specialized experience for the GS-13 position.
