Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant – Direct Hire Innova Solutions is seeking a full time
Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to provide direct healthcare to patients with rheumatic diseases in a private, single-specialty practice.
- Responsibilities include: obtaining patient history, performing physical exams, ordering medications / labs / diagnostic tests and working in collaboration with physicians to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Requires current NYS licensure and a minimum of 2 years experience.
- Master of Science degree in Nursing or its direct equivalent preferred -or- a graduate of an approved PA program.
- Candidates with previous internal medicine or rheumatology experience will be given preference.
- Must have independent judgment and a proven ability to work within a team environment.
- This is a direct hire, permanent fulltime position in Syracuse NY
As an NP/PA, you will be required to have:
- Obtaining patient history and performing physical exams
- Ordering medications / labs / diagnostic tests and working in collaboration with physicians
- Diagnose, prescribe treatments and monitor condition.
The ideal candidate must have:
- Requires current NYS licensure and a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
- Master of Science degree in Nursing or its direct equivalent preferred -or- a graduate of an approved PA program.
- Candidates with previous internal medicine or rheumatology experience will be given preference.
- Must have independent judgment and a proven ability to work within a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS: Pay Range- $75-105K/year base; $5000 sign on Bonus (after completing one month). $3000 quarterly bonus. So total comp package could be up to $125,000 in the first year.
