Family Law Attorney Qualifications
- Licensed to practice law in CO
- 2 years of experience in family law preferred
- Strong litigation and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases effectively
- Passion for advocating for clients in emotionally charged situations
Family Law Attorney Responsibilities
- Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody, and support cases
- Draft and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and agreements
- Conduct legal research and prepare for court hearings and trials
- Advise clients on their legal rights and options, providing clear and compassionate guidance
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and ensure the best outcomes for clients
