ProForce is currently seeking a Regional Sales Managerfor our Rocky Mountain Territory to join our hardworking Outside Sales Team.
The Regional Sales Manager is a base + commission outside sales position that is responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with our customers in State, Local, and Federal law enforcement agencies throughout Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming. Our Outside Sales Representatives spend their time visiting law with enforcement agencies throughout the territory, conducting product demonstrations, as well as representing ProForce at various trade shows and product training classes.
The Ideal Regional Sales Manager Candidate Would Possess
- 5+ years prior outside sales experience
- Prior Law Enforcement or Military experience is a PLUS
- A strong work ethic
- The ability to work independently with little to no direct supervision
- The ability to travel up to 90% of the time
- A responsive, action oriented, and customer obsessed drive for success
- A proactive, upbeat, and positive attitude
- Flexibility, creativity, and strategic thinking skills
- The ability to demonstrate strong prioritization and organizational skills
- An ability to communicate in a professional and articulate manner
- Strong computer skills including MS Office and CRM systems
Regional Sales Manager Position Requirements
- Must reside within the Denver-metro area
- Valid state motor vehicle operator’s license with a clean driving record
Regional Sales Manager Pay & Benefits
ProForce offers a generous benefits compensation package including a competitive base wage of $70k base PLUS commission with an opportunity to earn $100k and up in addition to our voluntary benefits including family Medical, Dental, and Vision coverages as well as supplemental life insurance, flexible spending accounts, short-term/ long-term disability plans, pet insurance, cash benefit plans, and a 401(k) retirement plan with a generous match!
