Construction Attorney
An established top-tier commercial law firm, with a highly collegial environment, is currently seeking a Transactional Construction Law Attorney and a Litigation Construction Law Attorney. Years of experience may vary from 3 to 20, if at partner-level.

Construction Attorney Qualifications
- Licensed in Colorado
- 3-20 years' experience in construction law (transactional or litigation)
- Experience with sophisticated casework/transactions
- Desire to grow and advance with the firm over the long-term
- Ability to work alongside a collegial top-rated law group
Construction Attorney Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate construction contracts, subcontracts, and related agreements.
- Advise clients on risk management and compliance with Colorado construction laws.
- Represent clients in disputes, including mediation, arbitration, and litigation.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve legal issues proactively.
- Stay informed on industry trends and legal developments to provide strategic counsel.
