Schedule:- Friday - Tuesday (Wednesday and Friday Off)
Key Roles - Responsibilities and Accountabilities:- Shift Management: Bridge opening and closing shifts.
- Resource Balancing: Accommodate needs of Sales, Admin, Inventory, and Production departments.
- Warehouse Operations: Oversee receiving, inventory, fulfilment, and warehouse management.
- Training and Reporting: Train staff, manage administration, and report on operations.
- Fulfillment: Lead daily tasks, ensure accuracy, and prepare shipments.
- Distribution: Communicate with drivers and handle outbounds.
- HR Functions: Manage scheduling, timekeeping, vacation approvals, and performance reviews.
- Compliance: Support SOP, GMP, HACCP & SSOP directives and maintain records.
- Production: Direct staging requests and complete necessary paperwork.

Physical Requirements:- Lifting/Carrying: Up to 60 lbs. frequently.
- Pushing/Pulling: Occasionally up to 2000 lbs.
- Physical Skills: High agility, finger and manual dexterity.
- Posture Tolerance: Constant standing/walking, occasional reaching, bending, climbing, and kneeling.
Work Environment:- Cold Environment 0-50 F degrees.
- Pace varies depending on the receiving, shipping, and production activities.
- Regular operation of heavy equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and dock plates.
Pay Rate: $72,000 annually ($34.62 per hour) plus benefits.
