Recruiting Coordinator Plano, TX (Hybrid two days) 12 months Responsibilities- Looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented person to fill a role as a Recruiting Coordinator.
- The person in this role will support approximately 3-4 recruiters and work closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a seamless and positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Schedule interviews and manage the interview process, including sending interview confirmations, coordinating with hiring managers and interviewers, and ensuring all necessary materials are prepared.
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and assistance as needed.
- Provide onsite interview coordination and assistance for candidates and interviewers.
- Coordinate recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus recruiting activities, including logistics, materials preparation, and attendee communication.
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure candidate information is accurately recorded and up to date.
- Assist recruiters in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Generate recruitment metrics and reports as needed to track key performance indicators and provide insights for process improvement.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 year or more of experience in recruitment coordination or HR administration, internships are included
- Hands on experience using Workday Recruit
- Hands on experience using Phenom, or a like CRM, Calendly or a like auto scheduling tool
- Experience with event coordination and/or college recruiting
