The Hotel Director is the primary person responsible for the overall operation and management of the hotel. In a small hotel, the director oversees all operational areas, including reception, housekeeping, reservation management, and guest service. This role requires a combination of leadership, administrative, and customer service skills to ensure an exceptional guest experience and efficient hotel operation. Additionally, the director is responsible for strengthening sales and maximizing revenue.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring compliance with quality and service standards.
Manage and train staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability.
Implement and execute sales and marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase bookings.
Monitor and analyze sales results, adjusting strategies as needed to meet financial goals.
Ensure a satisfactory guest experience by effectively handling complaints and resolving issues.
Coordinate with suppliers and oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the facilities.
Maintain accurate records and prepare performance and financial reports.

Requirements:

Previous experience in hotel management or a similar role.
Experience in sales and marketing, with demonstrated skills in increasing bookings and maximizing revenue.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to solve problems and make effective decisions.
Knowledge in budget management and cost control.
Customer-oriented with strong conflict resolution skills.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php65,000.00 per month
