This position requires a detail-oriented and organized individual to serve as a People Operations Administrator. You will be responsible for a variety of backend HR duties, including managing employee records and the HRIS system, running payroll for the company, and managing the 401K process.

Description
- Manage and maintain employee records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the implementation and coordination of HR policies and procedures.
- Utilize the company's HRIS system to it's fullest extent; dashboarding, building presentations from the data, etc.
- Manage payroll and the 401K process.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the HRBP.

Profile
A successful 'People Operations Administrator' should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Expertise with HRIS systems and Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
