We are seeking a dedicated HRIS Administrator to oversee and maintain our clients Human Resources Information Systems. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and fix system issues. The role is on a hybrid basis in Manhattan, NY (2-3 days on-site) and the salary is up to $82K.

Description
- Manage and maintain HR systems to ensure data integrity
- Help with payroll and 401K administration
- Provide system support, including troubleshooting and resolving HRIS issues
- Develop and implement HRIS procedures and policies
- Generate and distribute regular and ad hoc reports
- Collaborate with IT and HR teams to ensure HRIS meets company needs
- Train HR and management staff on HRIS use
- Assist with HRIS implementations and upgrades
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements
