You will be joining and leading a diverse, cross functional team who all share a passion and obsession for all things tech. Day to Day Work: Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to own and deliver key features Assist in requirements identification and in producing specifications Build and maintain a development environment for efficient testing and integration Write clear, maintainable code that will scale Contribute to production operation and monitoring of systems and aware of SLAs Support and mentor other engineers through code reviews and pair programming to accelerate their technical mastery Challenge team processes, looking for ways to improve them Ideally you will have: Senior level experience in modern .NET applications written in C# 7 - .NET Core / 5 Experience in Software Development, Design, and Architecture, with security in mind Excellent practical knowledge of OOP concepts and SOLID principles Financial crime experience is also a nice to have Experience with asynchronous, event-driven architecture An understanding of distributed systems design, including building for resilience, scaling and cloud architectural patterns. Experience working in autonomous agile environments. Testing at all levels and breaths and depths.
