As a Software Engineering Manager you will be managing a team of six Software Engineers, reporting to the CTO. This team develops and maintains the tools that power their analytics, ranging from web applications and real-time data platforms to statistical models and cloud infrastructure. Responsibilities for Engineering Manager: Manage, mentor, and motivate a high-performing software engineering team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects Happy being hands-on, but an exact match is not a necessity.
