Role : Application Support Co-ordinator/Analyst Location : 3 days a week onsite London, 2 days remote Salary : Up to £38,000 benefits The position: In this role, you’ll coordinate the day-to-day support processes for core business applications including SAP Business One, associated add-ons (Brutos, Boyum), EDI, Saltbox iPaaS and new software solutions post implementation. You’ll collaborate with business SAP Champions and other Users to improve and document SAP B1 processes and ensure knowledge and best practices are shared across teams. You’ll also manage the escalation of tickets to our third-party support providers for SAP B1 and EDI, ensuring issues are accurately resolved in a timely manner and keeping business stakeholders informed throughout. In this role you’ll also assist with upgrades and enhancements to core business applications, ensuring requirements are gathered and documented, and coordinating user testing. Responsibilities: Coordinate day-to-day support processes for SAP B1 (& add-ons), EDI and other core applications Assist in the prioritisation, escalation and resolution of core application service tickets and issues, working closely with third-party support providers and key users Analyse trends and root causes for support issues, to identify areas for improvement Lead and participate in SAP B1 process improvement initiatives and upgrade & enhancement projects with the business and IT providers Please apply for more info
