The Role: As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between ambitious business objectives and advanced technology solutions. You’ll collaborate with diverse stakeholders, UX/UI designers, and development teams to define and deliver impactful features that meet user needs. This role offers the chance to make a real difference in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where your input will directly influence product success. Responsibilities Include: Gathering and analysing business requirements from a variety of stakeholders. Creating detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process workflows. Conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy. Collaborating with UX/UI designers to design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. Partnering with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements. Supporting testing and quality assurance to maintain high standards. Facilitating workshops and meetings to elicit and clarify requirements. Assisting with backlog refinement, sprint planning, and the continuous improvement of business analysis practices. What They’re Looking For: 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within SaaS or a related industry. Proven expertise in gathering, documenting, and managing complex requirements. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development life cycle. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on detail. Familiarity with legal processes and terminology (a significant plus). Proficiency in requirements management tools and diagramming software.
