Stanford Real Estate Partners are working with a Private Equity backed, Pan European Real Estate Asset Manager with a multi-billion pound portfolio across Europe. Due to continued growth they require an experienced Transaction Analyst to join their team. This is an initial 6 month contract paying £500 - £600 per day DOE. Responsibilities will include: The Transaction Analyst role involves managing and documenting the onboarding and offboarding of deals and acquisitions, providing detailed daily updates on progress, and meeting tight deadlines. Reviewing completion accounts, creating pre-acquisition and post-acquisition journal adjustments, and ensuring clear and auditable documentation. The Transaction Analyst role requires ownership of specific jurisdictions for smooth deal onboarding, organising weekly progress meetings, and collaborating with technical and investment accounting teams. Supporting with data collection, assisting in financial due diligence for offboarding, and providing cross-functional support to the finance function in quieter market periods. Maintain a robust document trail and collate relevant acquisition documents for reporting and audit purposes. The successful candidate will be a Qualified Accountant with demonstrable PQE exposure to a similar Transaction Analyst role within real estate with exposure to the review of completion statements; or Deal Advisory role within a Pan European working environment. Ideally, you would have trained and qualified with an audit firm and have strong technical accounting and project management skills, numerical and analytical skills, with ability to work within complex processes. A commercial mindset and great communication skills are an absolute must, coupled with relationship management expertise and problem solving skills.
