We’re looking for a Supply Chain Administrator Location: London – Hybrid 2x in the office Salary: £25k-£27k About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing, global business within a highly entrepreneurial environment as a Supply Chain Administrator. You will play a crucial role in managing logistics operations for a European client base, ensuring products are delivered effectively. Key Responsibilities: Create item codes and raise purchase orders following the team’s instructions. Coordinate deliveries from factories/warehouses to clients. Ensure timely receipt of proof of delivery. Raise invoices in the internal system and maintain accurate records. Keep systems up to date with current information. Provide day-to-day support to the supply chain team. The Ideal Candidate: A degree or relevant work experience in supply chain/logistics Strong communication skills, both internally and externally, with a focus on customer service. Previous experience in international logistics would be preferred Proficient in Excel (Pivot tables and VLOOKUP) Previous experience with SAP is a plus Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
