Middlemore are working exclusively with a facilities management business who are currently undergoing a large-scale transformation project. Then business have grown organically, and through acquisition, That growth has meant that building a picture of the client journey is more important than ever. They need to be able to understand what good looks like and create a meaning view of sales pipeline to improve the revenue forecasting in our fast-growing business. As part of this transformation journey, they have now created a Business Sales Analyst position for a part-qualified accounting professional to join the team. The role of the Sales Analyst to is provide data-driven insights that will shape their sales journey and help the business deliver revenue growth through increased visibility and enhanced forecasting capability. More broadly, this role will form part of the Transformation team, a team tasked with transformational projects across the group. As part of a cross-functional team this role will have responsibility in assisting with project delivery, whether it’s assistance with data work, requirements gathering and/or broader project management tasks. Some responsibilities will include: Preparation of comprehensive weekly pipeline reporting with meaningful KPIs. Maintenance of sales league tables on activity, pipeline & conversion. Working with the sales leads to provide visibility on sales performance across the full sales cycle. Variance analysis on sales metrics against targets, budgets and historic performance. Extract meaningful insights and conduct trend analysis on sales data. Recommending value creating actions and producing data-driven forecasts from those insights. Critically review sales data to ensure accuracy and challenge exceptions to improve data quality. Calculate quarterly commission schemes. Preparation of ad hoc sales analysis on management request. Supporting on broader Transformation team projects as a Business Analyst. Tasks will involve scoping requirements, assisting on data tasks and broader activities to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
