Head of Supply Chain| Fast-Growth Furniture Company | London Harmonic are delighted to be working with a luxury furniture company in their search for a Head of Supply Chain to join their ever-expanding team. This is a fantastic time to join the business, who have gained recognition for their unique and innovative pieces. They put on industry events to engage with other big players in the industry but also, they have a lot of team socials including pizza nights, karaoke nights and company holidays Following recent successes, the business has invested in new premises allowing them to continue their aggressive growth plans. As a new role for the business, they are very flexible when it comes to experience level and job title. Reporting directly into the Managing Director, you will have the opportunity to improve efficiency across the entire supply chain from managing inventory, implementing processes through to strategic planning. Responsibilities : Full management of the supply chain, constantly striving to improve processes, systems and efficiency Working alongside the sales, operations and warehouse teams to improve inventory levels and therefore increase profit Assist the purchasing team ensuring daily and weekly guidelines are met and constantly looking to reduce costings Implementation and constant improvement of new processes both in the warehouse and the Company’s HQ to improve performance Weekly, monthly and annual inventory analysis Working alongside the marketing team to aid product partnerships Assisting the Managing Director with strategic planning, helping to reduce errors Requirements : A business-related degree At least 6 years’ experience within a supply chain and inventory focused role Supply Chain (APICS/CSCP) certified Excellent communication and organisational skills Strong ability to manage a team A genuine interest in furniture and design Salary : £65,000- £75,000 dependent upon experience Start date : ASAP
