Core Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring projects are delivered from ideation through to successful completion, meeting quality, time, and budget specifications.
Collaborate with colleagues within LEGO Brand Parks & Experience, the wider LEGO Group, and Merlin Entertainments to deliver projects that align with strategic objectives.
Provide expert advice and support to team members on project management best practices to achieve desired outcomes.
Manage project progression, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and challenges to maintain project momentum.
Master the appropriate balance between agile and waterfall methodologies to suit project needs, ensuring flexibility and structure where needed.
Cultivate strong relationships with partners, acting as the point of contact for project-related inquiries and communications.
Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and practices within LEGO Brand Parks & Experience.

Our partner Merlin Entertainments is the world's second-largest theme park operator. The group owns and operates LEGOLAND Parks, indoor LEGOLAND Discovery Centers, LEGOLAND Hotels, and LEGOLAND Water Parks.
The LEGO Brand Park & Experience (LBPX) team is responsible for driving the strategic partnership between The LEGO Group and Merlin Entertainments, aiming to create cohesive and engaging experiences across LEGOLAND and The LEGO Group.
Our mission is to deliver fun, immersive experiences on an epic scale that ignite a lifetime of play, creativity, and imagination. In this role, you will join the Business Transformation Team that plays a key role in bringing the LEGO brand to life across all LEGOLAND touchpoints and in transforming how we do business.
Do you have what it takes?
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field (master’s degree or PMP/PRINCE2 certification highly desirable).
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, particularly in entertainment, retail, or digital sectors.
Solid track record of successfully managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects across subject areas such as Experience Design, Retail, Brand, Marketing, and Digital.
Strong knowledge of agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as attention to detail.
Excellent team management, communication, and partner engagement skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and relevant digital tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.

Location: Billund, Denmark, with a flexible work model that includes up to two remote days per week. Please note that relocation is not provided for this position.
