Our team operates at the high-impact intersection of technical IT Development and BI-focused business operations. You will join a talented, cross-functional group of business analysts, data analysts, and software engineers dedicated to ensuring the integrity and performance of our advertising infrastructure. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between technical execution and the operational needs of our media teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level administration for MediaOcean (Dealmaker, Crossroad), Boostr CRM, and Decentrix OMS; resolve complex issues with minimal direction to ensure system uptime
- Lead critical operational tasks including data reconciliation, access audits, log monitoring, and reporting to maintain a secure and efficient ecosystem
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of platform upgrades, including scheduling, stakeholder communication, and facilitating comprehensive testing with diverse business units
- Collaborate with internal developers and analysts to translate business needs into technical solutions, specifically assisting with the maintenance and support of Tableau resources and traffic systems
- Manage day-to-day support tickets via ServiceNow, balancing immediate troubleshooting needs with long-term project research and system optimization
Skills, Experience and RequirementsEducation and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 3+ years of experience in system administration or technical support, specifically within the Ad-Tech or Media industry
Skills and Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of media and advertising workflows, with a focus on linear TV advertising and familiarity with digital/addressable media
- Hands-on experience with MediaOcean platforms or equivalent CRM/OMS tools; Tableau exposure for data visualization support is a significant plus
- Proficiency in ServiceNow for incident management and IT best practices, alongside mastery of Google Suite for documentation and collaboration
- Proven ability to contextually shift between high-volume daily support tickets and long-term, research-heavy project tasks
- Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical business partners effectively. Patient supportive communication is exceptionally important for this role

Salary RangesCompensation: $72,400.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year
