We're looking for a Corporate Social Responsibility Consultant to join our Social Responsibility team in Kladno for a 20 month fixed term contract!
Our Social Responsibility (SR) Consultant role is a unique opportunity to bring the LEGO brand vision and mission to life and create outstanding impact for LEGO employees and children in local communities!
Partnerswiththe Social Responsibility Managerto engage current charity partners, creating and executing an annual plan to reach employee volunteering annual target aligned with global programobjectives; supports internal communication (prepares articles for internal magazineKostička, and other).
Ensures, that global initiatives are customized, innovated, extended, and executed with the highest quality.
Customize and implement the Play Day plan, under direction from the manager responsible for social responsibility. Tasks may includeestablishinga committee to drive execution, support internal communications plan, delivering pre-activities, and more!
Champions the Employee Play Engagement (EPE) agenda; acts as a Play Agent Hero,facilitatesworkshops to inspire employees, partners, and children, so they may become Play Agents.

Children in local communities around the world have a right to quality learning through playexperiencesand it is our responsibility to bring our colleagues on the journey with us. This individual will help the team amplify our already outstanding Social Responsibility & Local Community Engagement program. We seek to reach 10 million children with our social responsibility programs in2026and this is only the start!
Work experience (employee training, community relations, event management, corporate responsibility).
