Join us to plan and bring to life some of the most complex LEGO® builds in the world. As a Senior Production Planner, you will orchestrate project-based production from idea to execution, balancing capacity, materials, and space in a constantly evolving environment.
As Model Production continues to grow in the coming years, you will also play a key role in identifying improvement opportunities and shaping more efficient planning processes for the future.
Core Responsibilities
In this role, you will develop and maintain feasible short-, mid-, and long-term production plans for complex LEGO® model builds, considering material availability, capacity, and project priorities. More specifically, you will:
- Coordinate closely with production teams and project managers to align plans with real-time project progress and constraints
- Continuously monitor and adjust plans based on shopfloor realities, resolving constraints (e.g., space, capacity, data accuracy) and ensuring reliable planning inputs
- Drive planning improvements by challenging existing processes and supporting implementation of new tools and methods
- Provide planning insights and data to support decision-making and performance tracking
- Back up for Senior Resource Planner
This position is located in our Kladno manufacturing site and there is no relocation assistance offered for this role.

The position of Senior Planner is within the Planning department of our LEGO® Model Production, where the primary objective is to design, develop, and produce brick-based solutions for in-store and 3D models on a global scale. The team plays a vital role in leading capacity and resource management, coordinating, monitoring, and allocating resources as required, while also collaborating with production and teams across the entire organization.
Do you have what it takes?
- Experience in an international setting, contributing to strategic business planning over the mid to long term
- Proven track of experience in production, capacity or resource planning
- Experience managing complex processes and collaborating with internal and external partners
- Brings a senior, strategic approach to question norms and lead impactful improvements
- Combines strong organizational talent with clear communication and analytical insight
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with SAP
- Fluency in Czech, English language
