We are opening a new role to shape and elevate the compensation and benefits landscape across the Czech Republic, with a strong focus on our Kladno manufacturing site.
Join us to own the compensation & benefits agenda and strategy, ensure company competitive edge on the market, drive innovations & automation, analyze and leverage data, and govern that local Compensation & Benefits (C&B) processes across the Czech Republic are efficient, effective, and fully aligned with both local and global LEGO Group standards.
Core Responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for Reward and Recognition strategy, frameworks and policies. More specifically, you will:
- Define and implement local C&B strategy strongly aligned and harmonized with global C&B principles and frameworks
- Ensure alignment and harmonization across all LEGO Group entities within the Czech Republic.
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, CoEs (e.g. Global Rewards), People Partners and other key partners to create and maintain healthy salary matrixes, position structures and libraries, benefits structures as well as other Compensation tools.
- Lead the collection, analysis, and reporting of Compensation and Rewards data and insights.
- Drive annual and ongoing internal and external benchmarking projects, compensation surveys, organizational changes, and communication.
- Be responsible for the people process such as bonuses, target setting, merit, salary adjustments etc.
- Act as a senior role model within the Kladno PPC (HR) team, setting the standard for collaboration, ownership and professional approach. Manage compensation and benefits for expatriates, relocated employees, and international long-term assignments
This position is located in our Kladno manufacturing site and there is no relocation assistance offered for this role.

This role plays a crucial part in the local PPC (HR) organisation of the factory in safeguarding, driving our company’s competitiveness and guaranteeing adherence with policies and procedures that strengthen our Employee Value Proposition.
Do you have what it takes?
- Proven experience in rewards and recognition in a multinational/production company, preferably within manufacturing.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in compensation analysis and benchmarking tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across levels.
- Experience with HRIS systems, excel and data analytics tools.
- Experience with CZ/EU Payroll and Labour requirements.
- Proficiency in English, Czech is strongly preferred.
What would be an advantage:
- Project management experience.
- Workday and/or SAP experience.
- Experience in other part of HR business (People Partnering, Talent, Mobility and Relocation etc.).
