Under the mentorship of the Senior Manager, Wholesale Marketing, this role will adapt the Global Marketing Calendar to align with the strategic priorities of key Wholesale accounts to bring product-led brand stories to life authentically for each account’s unique consumer profile. The Marketing Specialist is responsible for strategic account management of assigned wholesale partners, including planning and executing marketing campaigns, digitally and in-store; supporting cross-functional sales and merchandise teams during sell-in activities; and ensuring that account-specific marketing needs are both understood and available internally to maximize assigned accounts’ points of differentiation within the marketplace.
What You'll Do
- Build and implement annual go-to-market strategies for wholesale partners, that align with key product focuses and global brand initiatives.
- Understand unique consumer profiles across Wholesale Channels and individual accounts.
- Champion positive relationships with external account contacts and internal cross-functional integrated account teams.
- Work cross-functionally with Global Marketing teams (Integrated, Creative, Digital, License, Collab) and Americas Marketing teammates (Integrated, Retail, Influencer, PR).
- Advise Wholesale partners of seasonal Global Marketing strategies and brand initiatives.
- Develop paid media plans and analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
- Implement Wholesale Visual Merchandising Standards through account contacts and/or VM vendor teams to ensure a strong in-store display.
- Craft exceptional and collaborative creative briefs.
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
- Act as the marketing liaison for wholesale integrated account teams; be the marketing expert resource for sales and merchandise partners and provide creative support to help drive account specific initiatives.
- Create persuasive marketing proposals to win opportunities with accounts.
- Own all recap opportunities to showcase account marketing activations.
- Assist the Wholesale team with events such as tradeshows, leadership meetings, and seasonal market launches.
- Manage account budgets and internal accounting processes.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- BS or BA or equivalent experience in business, marketing or related field.
- 2+ years of marketing experience; preferably within wholesale, retail, or brand marketing; knowledge of footwear industry a plus.
- Robust understanding of target audience driven initiatives and go-to-market process.
- Strong understanding of paid media best practices and reporting metrics.
- Cross-functional team experience with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, drive results-orientation, effectively manage time, and operate with a sense of urgency; must be able to foster and promote a collaborative environment.
- Capable of handling complex situations in a changing environment; able to consider complex decisions in a timely and thoughtful manner.
- Strong communication abilities both written and verbal; ability to communicate including all levels of seniority effectively and professionally with both internal and external partners.
- Proficient in creative brief writing, skilled at strategic deck creation, and confident in presentations.
- Ability to take the initiative, work independently and prioritize tasks; strong time-management, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to translate data, assessments, and observations into actionable strategy.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented.

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
