Job Description
- Develops content strategy for CHiNOY TV Digital across various platforms (social media and television) and its client requirements
- Familiarizes with the company’s branding, products, and services, including the needs of the target audience and the market behavior;
- Contributes to the strategic development of the organization in terms of creative production and branding;
- Develops creative ideas/concepts and formulate effective visual communication strategies as suggested by the Management, Marketing and other members of the production and digital teams
- Evaluating trends, assessing new data and keeping up-to-date with the latest content marketing and social media techniques.
- Directing brainstorming meetings and creative sessions.
- Leads the production team in implementing creative ideas
- Supervising the department's daily workflow, assigning project workloads, and monitoring deadlines and budgets.
- Foster positivity and team-spirit to build a strong cohesive production team
Minimum Qualifications
- Has at least 4 to 5 years experience in Broadcast, Digital and Advertising
- Has strong background in Video Production and Social Media Marketing
- Has experience in conceptualizing a new contents

“CHINOY TV” is the only Philippine-based television program that features the Chinese heritage and how it harmonizes with the Filipino culture. From May to July 2016, we have successfully spearheaded the third Mr. and Ms. Chinatown pageant which aims to search for Chinoys who would serve as role models to the youth. We have also consistently led Chinese themed events that highlight the best of Chinese traditional arts and culture for all kinds of audience to learn and appreciate.
