Responsibilities
Brand Management & Development Crafting
Marketing and Communication Strategies (Digital, Advertising, Creative)
Generate leads for the sales department through various sources
Gather internal and external input to develop a strategic vision for our digital opportunity set
Develop and execute successfully around Dimensional’s content strategy and promotion;
Monitor the website analytics function and help drive that function for other capabilities within marketing and the firm;
Develop business proposals and roadmaps for digital products and overarching change initiatives that touch the digital space;
Develop business cases and communicate product strategy to senior audiences;
Lead, mentor, and empower people on the team and across the department;
Own and proactively identify issues and drive resolutions end-to-end;
Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
Be able to guide and lead your team on tasks concerning digital marketing engagements (Meta platforms, TikTok, Search and Display, Email and SMS Marketing, and the like)
Pitches and Presentations
Prepare and manage team for pitch dates and pitches
Actively lead in strategy / creative ideation for clients / pitches / projects
Organize and lead the pitches and meetings with clients
Industry Knowledge
Be knowledgeable on market developments and opportunities around the advertising, digital, creative, technology, marketing, and consulting industries while having expertise in applying these

Requirements
Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably, with Managerial experience.
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
Updated with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Has strong interpersonal skills, ability to relate to people, work in teams, and manage conflict.
Ability to adapt to changes, manage multiple tasks, and be flexible.
Strong communication skills which include active listening, verbal presentation, as well as excellent writing capabilities.
Ability to solve problems through creativity, reasoning, experience, information, and available resources.
Digital Marketing, Advertising, Creative, Technology, and general advertising industry knowledge is a must
Adept with Google Suite products, especially Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides
Quick to adapt to office applications and software such as ZipHR, Slack, and ClickUp
