About the Role
Join our Service and Maintenance Division with an exceptional NEW opportunity, as an experienced dedicated Key Account Contract Manager to lead the management of key client relationships across Australia.
As a Key Account Contract Manager, you will be the primary contact for our key clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You will oversee the full lifecycle, from initial enquiry through implementation and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact by developing and maintaining strong relationships with the customer and key stakeholders.
- Contract Management: Draft, execute, and manage the entire contract lifecycle.
- Account Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and new business.
- Service Quality: Ensure clients receive high-quality service.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with all key management and stakeholders.
- Performance Tracking: Track and report on key account performance metrics.
- Industry Expertise: Provide expert advice on material handling and warehousing best practices.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account status and performance for senior management.
About You - What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in account contract management (5+ years) within warehousing, logistics or a similar role.
- Trade background or an Engineering qualification will be highly regarded.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of contract management and lifecycle.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
- Proficiency in tracking performance metrics and preparing detailed reports.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in material handling and warehousing.
- Flexible with work hours and able to travel when required.
