We are currently recruiting for a Junior Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager, Leasing Agent, and Field Service Officer roles across Brisbane.

The Fundamental Responsibilities Of This Role Include:
- Assisting with all areas of the PM department
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Assisting with lease renewal negotiations
- Routine inspections
- Entry and Exit inspections
- Negotiating and understanding the long-term consequences of daily PM decisions
- Open Home Inspections
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Previous real estate experience is a MUST!
- A current Certificate of Registration
- Reliable vehicle and Australian Driver's License
- Exceptional customer service skills and communication skills
- High levels of professionalism
- The ability to manage and prioritise your time
