About the role:
As our Operations & Growth Associate (Melbourne), you'll own the customer experience after the ink dries on that contract:
- Client Success Guru: Onboard restaurants on our platform (in-person and virtually), train their teams, and ensure qlub delivers value for them.
- Data Wizard: Analyse the numbers, pinpoint insights, and make our operations super-efficient.
- Product Champion: Work directly with our product team to enhance qlub for venues and influence our global product roadmap.

You’re the right fit if you:
- Have been in hospitality and want to transition into a professional setting that doesn't feel like a 9-5 corporate role (preferred).

- Have experience in client-facing roles where you demonstrated exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities.
