Our client is an industry leading organisation on the search for a Finance Officer to join their billing team. The successful candidate will have the chance to work in a supportive environment, with a focus on delivering accurate and timely financial processes. What you'll do:
- Process cheque payments and EDI/EFT payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare and process At Home Support billings, maintaining the integrity of the finance system
- Manage complaints and grievances in a timely manner, demonstrating excellent stakeholder management skills
- Participate in business planning processes and policy formulation within your area of responsibility
- Assist the team leader in driving the complete billing and statement processing functions
- Provide support for internal audit and external audit functions as required
- Support the Finance team to achieve agreed reporting deadlines by ensuring the timely completion of all processes and reconciliations
What you bring:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Experience in EOM financial processes
- Experience with processing and managing large volumes of financial data
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
